A quotation will be provided upon request for special or major services not outlined in this program. i.e. Edgar and SEDAR filings, corporate reorganizations, consulting services, preparation for and attendance at closings (other than closing of initial offering), appointment of co-transfer agent, trustee services in connection with additional escrow or pooling agreements, dividend disbursements, trustee services for warrant and/or special warrant issues, shareholder meetings held outside of main agent city, and special shareholder meetings (if not held in conjunction with annual general meeting).

Annual and Quarterly Reports
Making certain that shareholders receive timely financial information about a corporation in which they have invested is at the heart of a good shareholder-relations program. At any time, GSET can provide shareholder mailing lists and even handle the complete mailing of the reports.

Proxy Tabulation and Certification
When the firm is advised of a client’s record date, it will compile a list of the shareholders of record. It then will mail proxies to shareholders as well as brokerage firms. Upon return of the proxies, it can tabulate them and certify them for presentation at the client’s annual meetings.

Shareholder Reports
GSET can provide clients with a Master Security Holder’s report upon request that lists complete data about shareholders of record and their holdings. It also can provide a Transfer Journal on request that is a record of a security’s activity. It can, as well provide five percent and restricted reports for compliance.

Mailing Lists
The firm can provide its clients with shareholder lists in alphabetical or zip code order, to take advantage of bulk mailing permits. Lists can be programmed to eliminate duplicate shareholder names and undeliverable addresses.

Shareholder Searches
GSET can provide clients with shareholder searches, as mandated by SEC regulations. Years of experience by our management team have fine-tuned the desires of company officers to have a smoothly working ally handling the duties and requirements of securities registration and transfer.
